Product availability

We will endeavour to ensure that all items featured on this web site are in stock. However due to the nature of the internet and the speed of sales, availability of all items cannot be guaranteed.

UK delivery charge

A £3.00 charge is added to each order to cover postage and packaging.

Overseas orders

We do not ship outside the mainland UK (including Northern Ireland)

Secure payments

You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Switch or Solo. Your credit card details are submitted via a secure socket. You can therefore complete the payment form, confident in the knowledge that your credit card details will remain private. All credit card transactions are verified manually and processed by Sportzform's mail order department after they've confirmed the goods you've ordered are available and ready for despatch.

Payments by cheque or postal orders.

We are unable to accept cheque or postal order payment via the web site. If you wish to purchase by these methods then please contact us by telephone on 01249 653109.

Delivery

UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail parcel post. Deliveries will normally be within 3 days but please allow up to 7-10 days. Should any item be delayed by more than fourteen days Sportzform will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn) within 14 days for a refund. Don't forget to ask for a certificate of posting. Follow the instructions in your package. Sportsform are unable to refund the postage charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Linking & Logo

We encourage links to our web site, and many people have asked for a logo to use as a link anchor. To ensure proper usage of our logo, we've presented some of them for use in linking to our pages. All we ask is that you agree to follow a few simple rules when using our linking logos.

This means (at a minimum) that it must appear smaller than your Web page title and your company logo, it may not be displayed larger or more prominently than other company logos on your page, and it should not appear at the top of the page, but rather at the bottom, along the sides, or in some location less prominent than the top.
  7. You agree to display the logo by itself. You agree not to use the logo as a feature or design element of any other logo or any other name or trademark. However, subject to these conditions of use, other company logos may appear on the same Web page.
  8. SportZform reserves the right to approve or disapprove the use of the logo on your Web page (size, surrounding text, etc.) to ensure that it complies with these policies.
  9. This Agreement applies only to Web pages, and not to other uses, such as documentation, product packaging, or other advertising or marketing materials.

You agree and acknowledge SportZform's rights in the logo and agree not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register anywhere in the world any logo or trademark confusingly similar to the logo. You agree that you will not at any time do or cause to be done, or fail to do or cause to be done, any act or thing, directly or indirectly, contesting or in any way impairing SportZform's right, title or interest in the logo. You agree that use of the logo shall inure to the benefit of SportZform. If you happen to obtain rights in the logo, you agree to give such rights back to SportZform.
  11. INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE LOGO.
  12. SportZform reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or terminate permission to use the logo at any time. SportZform reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform with the terms of this Agreement, infringes any SportZform intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable law.
